Leveraging Use Cases As A Requirements Elicitation Tool

The presentation focuses on leveraging a Use Case not only as a requirements documentation tool, but as a method for eliciting stakeholder requirements.    The overall objective is to show how to create and draw on Use Cases and/or Use Case scenarios.  You will learn what elements should be present in any use case, where to collect information to build a use case, how to apply use cases in a facilitated session to elicit/refine requirements.

About the presenter:
