Join us for a presentation led by Christopher Gaffney, Senior Director and Project Delivery Services Lead at AXA and director of their Centers of Excellence (including the BA Center of Excellence), for a discussion of how AXA's Agile BA toolkit is giving BAs and others Agile techniques that they can use in any project, whether it is an Agile project or not.  He will be joined by 3 Lead Manager BAs.

AXA is a leading insurance and financial services organization throughout the world and in the US.  In our efforts to continually grow and provide the best products and services to our customers, we are implementing a Fast IT and Digital Strategy that is key to AXA's Customer Centric transformation and will help continue our journey to Organizational Agility in this digital age.

As part of this transformation, we are rolling out The Agile BA Toolkit training --  a series of hands-on, 1/2 day workshops for Business Analysts and others to learn new Agile techniques that can be used on any project regardless of development methodology.  This will help BAs build professional skills to become prepared for an Agile world, even if they have never worked on an Agile project. The topics of these sessions include:

·         Enterprise Analysis and Visualization

·         Process Maps and Visual Modeling

·         Writing and Managing Requirements in the Agile World

·         Practical UX for the BA

·         Soft Skills for the Agile BA

Please join us as we review the AXA Agile BA Toolkit and speak with several of our AXA IT BAs who have been instrumental in its rollout and adoption throughout the organization.
