Business Process Modeling - Tips and Tricks, based on BABOK V3


The purpose of the webinar is to review some Business Process Modeling (BPM) best practices. In the review, we will discuss and highlight all the BPM models covered in BABOK 3 Tools and Techniques.


We will discuss how these techniques relate to and are integrated into the impacted knowledge areas , the New BA perspectives and the Reference Models.


Emphasis will also be given to BPM techniques not previously covered in BABOK 2.0.

George Bridges (PMP) is a Senior Consultant and trainer for IIL. George specializes in project management, risk management, information technology, and business process analysis. With more than 30 years of experience, George has successfully applied project management, systems research, and operations research for major corporations and non-profit organizations. George is Past President of the PMI Great Lakes Chapter.
