Requirements Management and Agile

As larger enterprises race to adapt an agile approach, there are many questions and  misconceptions out there that impact how Business Analysts will do their job. This webinar will help answer how Requirements Management fits in the agile process. The presentation will discuss how more traditional requirements approaches still apply and are necessary, along with user stories, in projects using agile on a larger scale. We’ll attempt to separate the myths from the realities when it comes to making agile work in the enterprise, so you can be better equipped to succeed in this changing world.  The presentation will include a demonstration of how a Requirements Definition and Management system, Blueprint 5.4, fits in the agile process and integrates with agile ALM systems, such as Rally, Jira, VersionOne, and MS TFS.

About the presenter:

Matthew Dodgson is Director of Solution Engineering at Blueprint Software Systems, Inc.  Matthew began his career at Blueprint as a Product Manager, using the Blueprint System and MS-TFS in Blueprint’s own agile product development process.  Matthew is currently responsible for assisting clients in the evaluation and implementation of the Blueprint Requirements Definition and Management solution.

Note: The day before the Lunch & Learn you will receive an access code and link for the webinar.
