John has been an IIBA-NJ chapter member since earning his CBAP in 2010. During this time, John has enjoyed the multitude of membership benefits of the IIBA and the local NJ chapter, including the under-utilized Online Library, the virtual training and on-site events. John is proud of his decision to give back to the profession and community by volunteering as an IIBA NJ board member and invites others to do so as well. John’s educational background includes a MSOD from the University of Pennsylvania, with a BA from Rutgers University. He holds Professional certifications as a CBAP, PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ashish is a creative User Experience Designer with 12+ years experience in designing web and mobile products and services – at both startups and established multinationals. Adept at vision, strategy, metrics, competitive and brand analysis, user research/audience analysis, developing personas, mapping customer journeys, ideation, rapid prototyping, usability testing and product management. Enjoys participating in a cross-functional team environment while working to meet challenges, solve business issues and achieve results. He is an Electrical Engineer and holds a MS in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) from the University of Minnesota.

Past President (emeritus)  Susan Schwartz

Susan joined the chapter in 2010 and has volunteered with the IIBA at both the chapter and international level.  Over the course of her career, Susan has worked as a systems analyst, process analyst, project manager, program manager, and department director.  She emphasizes that you don’t have to be called a business analyst to practice business analysis. Before founding her own consulting business in 1993, she worked in the software, banking, and accounting industries.  Susan is currently working with Guardian Life on an IP telephony migration project.


  Past President (emeritus) – Francine Wolfe        


Francine Wolfe has been a formally trained Business Analyst for more than 30 years in a wide range of industries:  Aerospace/Defense, Transportation, Telecommunications, Business Services, and Real Estate.  An active member of the NJ chapter since 2008, Ms. Wolfe served as Secretary and Events Planning VP before moving into the President role.  She is also a member of IIBA’s Chapter Council having coached both new and ailing chapters to a stable, healthy state.

   

Founding Board Member (emeritus) Peter Johnson


Peter Johnson is a founding member of the IIBA New Jersey Chapter and has served on its Board since the chapter began in 2007. He led the BABOKĀ® v3 Practitioner Review Team for "Situation Analysis", and serves on the IIBA Chapter Council as co-author of the Chapter Maturity Model. Peter is an independent consultant for enterprise business analysis specializing in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Enterprise analysis and Business Case development. He also teaches a variety of BA and Agile courses for global training organizations.
